Wim works as a change strategist and sounding board for leadership teams, helping strengthen alignment, ownership and follow-through for measurable business results.
He brings broad experience in transformation, leadership development and organisational change.
Wim holds an Executive MBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit and an MSc in General Management from Vlerick Business School. He is certified as a Change Practitioner (Prosci and Vlerick's 6 Batteries of Change), a Barrett Values Centre Culture & Leadership Assessor, and an ICF-accredited Professional Coach (PCC).
