Wim is a purpose-driven change strategist and executive sounding board. With extensive experience in transformation, leadership development, and organisational change, he partners with C-level leaders to unlock growth and deliver lasting results. He is recognised for helping organisations translate bold strategies into tangible outcomes—driving alignment, engagement, and measurable performance across teams and markets.
His expertise rests on a strong academic foundation, including an Executive MBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit and an MSc in General Management from Vlerick Business School. To deepen this practice, Wim earned certifications as a Change Practitioner/Agent (Prosci & Vlerick 6 Batteries of Change), a Barrett Values Centre Culture & Leadership Assessor, and an ICF-accredited Professional Coach (PCC). Pascal’s expertise is underpinned by strong certification in transformation and culture work. He is certified in Vlerick's 6 Batteries of Change and a Barrett Values Centre Culture & Leadership Assessor. Pascal is a certified coach, systemic facilitator in the U-Theory and he holds significant credentials in quality management and process improvement.
