Through four structured programmes, we facilitate leaders to improve alignment of strategy, culture and leadership and embed that on every level of the organisation. Each phase has a clear objective with tangible deliverables that set you up for the next phase. (Regardless of doing that with our support, or not).

Assess phase: evaluating organisational strategy, culture, and leadership alignment

1. Assess


Scope:  Programme to analyse current strategy, culture and leadership and their alignment.


Objective:  Create clarity on the extent that culture and leadership reinforce strategy and identify first areas for improvement.


Participants:  Executive Team (C-suite, MT,..)


Timing: +/- 1 month


Deliverables:

  • Is your strategy clear and coherent?
  • Is your culture healthy and strong?
  • Is your leadership supportive and effective?
  • Do they reinforce each other?
  • First insights for growth?
Design phase: creating solutions for strategy, culture, and leadership alignment

2. Design


Scope:  Programme to co-design the future culture and leadership for effective strategy execution.


Objective:  Refine strategic clarity and define the right culture and  leadership for this strategy and context.


Participants:  Executive Team + sample of senior leaders


Timing:  +/- 2 months


Deliverables:

  • Options to refine strategic clarity and coherence
  • Selection and definition of organisational values & behaviours
  • Selection and definition of  leadership values & behaviours
  • Appointment of the accountable programme sponsor
  • Clear options for growth
Build phase: developing leadership and team capabilities for alignment and performance

3. Build


Scope: Programme to co-define the overall transformation programme and its key components.


Objective:  Create the conditions for success to build the desired culture and behaviours on all levels of the organisation.


Participants:  Programme sponsor + programme team


Timing:  +/- 3 months


Deliverables:

  • Transformation Master Plan
  • Set up of the PMO
  • Selection of the different projects and initiatives
  • Appointment of the responsible project managers
  • Creation and validation of the project charters
Implement phase: embedding aligned strategy, culture, and leadership across the organisation"

4. Implement


Scope:  Programme to facilitate the sponsor and project managers to implement and sustain change.


Objective:  Facilitate a clear process, with tangible progress and measurable results against agreed KPI’s.


Participants:  Sponsor + programme team + project managers


Timing:  +/- 12 months


Deliverables:

  • Advice on role, tasks and expectations of the sponsor and project managers
  • Clear set-up of the project and change methodology
  • Facilitation of the quarterly and yearly reviews.

Performance Programmes


Companies that want to support a specific group of leaders or team(s), can opt for our Performance Programmes.  (Regardless of having done the Alignment Programmes, but the strategy and culture need to be sufficiently clear).

Leadership performance improvement: enhancing leaders’ capabilities and effectiveness

1. Leadership performance


Scope:  Programme to align a cohort of leaders with the required strategy and culture and improve individual behaviour, growth and performance.


Objective: Develop high-performing leaders and effective role for strategy execution and culture transformation.


Participants:  group of 10 leaders (senior or middle managers)


Timing:  +/- 6 months


Deliverables:

  • Assessment of the current leadership (values, behaviours and performance)
  • Identification of the gaps between expectations and reality
  • Agreement on the (individual) improvement plan
  • Partnership to explore mindsets and change behaviours
  • Monitoring performance improvement
Team performance improvement: enhancing team collaboration, alignment, and results

2. Team performance


Scope:  Programme to align a specific team with the required strategy and culture and improve team behaviour, growth and performance.


Objective:  Develop high-performing teams committed to the strategy and culture.


Participants: one team (functional or multi-disciplinary team)


Timing:  +/- 6 months


Deliverables:

  • Assessment of the current team dynamics (values, behaviours and performance)
  • Identification of the gaps between expectations and reality
  • Agreement on the team improvement plan
  • Partnership to explore the required level of trust, transparency, commitment and accountability
  • Monitoring performance improvement
